Entree Kitchen General Terms and Conditions
Guests using the facilities of, and/or supplies provided by, or who place orders with Entrée Kitchen agree to the following terms and conditions of use:
1. Guests will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of Entrée Kitchen’s facilities during their session.
2. Any guest participating in a session must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Guests assume full responsibility to safely and promptly transport all entrées home and refrigerate them at 40 degrees F or below, or freeze them at 0 degrees F or below.
4. To comply with DuPage County Health Department regulations, all guests will tie their hair back or wear a hat during their session at Entrée Kitchen.
5. Unless a recipe specifies otherwise, guests agree to safely thaw all entrées in the refrigerator for 24 hours unless otherwise specified.
6. Guests agree to follow the cooking instructions provided by Entrée Kitchen with the understanding that cooking temperatures and times may vary by oven. Guests agree to heat all entrées to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
7. All recipes and recipe cards provided at cooking sessions are the property of Entree Kitchen, LLC and
may only be used with permission.
8. Guests, in consideration of the use of the facilities and/or supplies provided by Entrée Kitchen, agree to release and indemnify Entrée Kitchen from all claims, damages, causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of the guest’s preparation, storage or consumption of Entrée Kitchen meals, except if solely due to gross negligence of Entrée Kitchen.
9. Guests' credit card will be charged at the time of registration. This is to ensure the highest level of protection of their personal information.
Consumer Advisory
“The Illinois Department of Public Health advises that eating raw or under-cooked meat, poultry, eggs or seafood poses a health risk to everyone, but especially to the elderly, young children under age 4, pregnant women, and other highly susceptible individuals with compromised immune systems. Thorough cooking of such animal foods reduces the risk of illness.”
Guest Cancellation Policy
Entrée Kitchen realizes that circumstances may arise that require a guest to cancel or reschedule a reservation. Because each session is customized according to our reservations, we require a minimum of 7 days notification to cancel. If a guest cancels within 7 days he/she may send someone in their absence, reschedule their reservation or have Entrée Kitchen assemble the order for an additional $25. If a guest does not make these arrangements he/she is charged in full.
GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gift cards are redeemable in-store or on-line. To use your card on-line, enter the eight digit pin number that is located on the front of the card when prompted during the payment process.
Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
Gift cards may not be applied toward payment of membership dues.
To report a lost or stolen gift card call 630-668-4450 or visit any Entrée Kitchen store. The original sales receipt is required to replace the remaining balance on a lost or stolen gift card.
Gift cards do not expire and there is no fee for non-use.
Gift cards issued in place of a membership session expire at the end of the membership period.

IN THE EVENT A CARD NUMBER OR PIN IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. Reward Card Terms and Conditions
Entree Kitchen Reward Cards may be applied toward any purchase of merchandise or services, and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
To use your card on-line, enter the eight digit pin number that is located on the front of the card when prompted during the payment process. This is an ongoing discount to be used only by the card holder.
There is no fee for non-use of reward cards.
Entrée Kitchen reserves the right to revoke and terminate a reward card at any time.
